Modern Logo Keys

Automobile manufacturers have for the most part stuck with their generic keys from the mid 1930s to the present day. Occasionally a new Logo Key appears; theOldsmobile Futuramic set in 1949, the Buick Le Sabre set in 1985, and the Cadillac VATS (Vehicle Anti-Theft System) in 1986. The Ford Bronco was first introduced in 1966, which would make the 25th anniversary to be 1991. The modern Ford Mustang key shown here may properly belong with the Crest Keys.

Modern Logo Key Manufacturers

Briggs & Stratton manufactured Logo Keys for the Mack truck and the other large trucks as early as 1990. They were probably responsible for the earlier Mack Truck Logo Keys as well.
